5月、9月、10月はランナーもライダーも質の高い練習を積める良い時期だよ。秋はライドには間違いなく最高の季節だし、10月にはWoods Park Twilight Running Festivalもあるから、レースもまだまだ盛り上がってる感じだね。夏は暑くて湿度も高いから大変だよ。最高気温が+30°Cを超える日が41.8日もあるから、地元の人たちはインターバルを早めの時間に移したり、長いZ2ライドも無理せずこなしてるんだ。リンカーンで最後に+40°Cを記録したのは2023年8月24日だったね。冬はリズムが変わるよ。10月7日から4月25日までは平均して氷点下になるからね。雪はシーズン平均で76 cm降るし、深い雪の日はどちらのスポーツも除雪された舗装路か短い周回コースに限定されちゃうんだ。
