Hamilton 300 BRM 2026

The Hamilton 300 BRM is an ANZAC edition randonneuring ride starting in Rototuna, Hamilton, offering 200 km and 300 km routes on sealed roads. It is conducted as a BRM, meaning participants complete a timed long-distance brevet, not a closed-road race. The entry fee is $10, with an additional $25 for an optional medal. Both routes commence and conclude at the junction of Borman Road and North City Road. The 200 km route crosses Pirongia, Cambridge, and Morrinsville, featuring 1,663 m of elevation gain. The 300 km route extends this with a longer northern loop through Te Kauwhata and Te Kowhai before connecting to the Pirongia, Cambridge, and Morrinsville sections, accumulating 2,415 m of climbing. The course traces sections of the Waikato River valley, passes beneath Mt Pirongia, crosses French Pass, and concludes back in Rototuna after the Morrinsville segment.
