Vedettenronde

The Vedettenronde is a chaotic bike race through Deventer's Bergkwartier, centered on the old streets near the Bergkerk. Competitors navigate obstacles, cobblestones, narrow alleys, and sharp turns, creating a sensation akin to a stunt course rather than a typical road race. The course circles the Bergkerk, passes through a shop, goes directly into a pub, and concludes on De Brink. Separate heats accommodate various bicycle types and rider categories, including road cyclists, mountain bikers, e-bikers, BMX riders, fatbikers, and retro-bike enthusiasts, ensuring a deliberately mixed and somewhat unconventional field.
