Monster Colour 5k Edmonton is a 5k colour run held at Northeast River Valley Park in Edmonton, with waves starting at 9 a.m. on a Saturday in September. The event is structured more like a playful festival run than a competitive race: participants can run, walk, or dance the loop, and it welcomes all fitness levels, permitting wheelchairs, strollers, and pushchairs on the course. The route incorporates the park’s varied terrain, including hills, roads, pathways, grass, and unpaved trails.
