The Van Rijn 3Plassenloop is a 5 km recreational run in Zoetermeer, organized by Road Runners Zoetermeer on the last Sunday of every month. It begins at 10:30 near restaurant Happy Moose on the Zoetermeerseplas, with registration at the club building on Het Lange Land 14. The entry fee is low, late registration is permitted, and the field is limited to 250 runners. The route follows asphalt bike paths with minimal traffic, running alongside the Zoetermeerseplas and around the Noordhovenseplas and Benthuizerplas.
