This 5000m track race is for runners 15 and older. Participants are divided into series by pace, ensuring you run against similar opponents. It's free for AV Veluwe members, €3 for others. Showers and changing facilities are available. The Baanloop 5000m counts towards the club championship, including a corrective factor.
