LCW Cycle Flanders Fields

LCW Cycle Flanders Fields starts and finishes in Nieuwpoort, a Belgian coastal town in Westhoek, approximately 40 minutes from Calais. This is a single-lap cycling event offering three distance options: 45 km, 90 km, and 180 km, allowing participants to select anything from a shorter outing to a full long-distance challenge. The routes proceed southwest from Nieuwpoort along the World War I front line, passing Diksmuide, Ypres, and the Menin Gate. The 180 km route incorporates a section of the Ghent-Wevelgem World Tour Classic course, featuring renowned cobbled streets and the Kemmelberg. Throughout the ride, participants will encounter monuments and cemeteries from both World Wars, lending the event a distinct historical character compared to a typical sportive. The event accommodates a wide range of participants, with options suited to various ability levels and a dedicated Business Ride for corporate teams.
