20. Altmühl-Jura Halbmarathon 2026

The Altmühl-Jura Half Marathon begins at the TSV Greding sports center in Greding, located in the Altmühltal Nature Park. This Sunday morning event features a half marathon, with additional 5 km and 10 km races, a relay, student competitions, and a 600-meter children's run. The city of Greding and the TSV Greding triathlon department jointly organize the event, which attracts local runners and participants from the surrounding area. The half marathon course is a 5.3 km loop on roads and paved bike paths, requiring runners to complete four laps for the 21.1 km distance. This circuit offers participants recurring views of the Altmühltal Nature Park, differing from a single point-to-point course. The 21 km race is also part of the Bavarian Athletics Association's Roth-Weißenburg district runner cup, serving as one of sixteen scoring events.
