Bahnstreckenlauf 2026

The Bahnstreckenlauf begins and ends on Zinhainer Weg, near the Rübsamen company in Bad Marienberg, located in Germany’s Westerwald region. This new running event, organized by TuS Bad-Marienberg Leichtathletik, features short races of 500 meters and one kilometer, deviating from a traditional long road-race format. The out-and-back course follows the bike path connecting Langenbach and Nistertal, utilizing flat sections of a former railway line. These distances are particularly suited for students and families.
