Sparkassen-Stadtlauf 2026

The Sparkassen-Stadtlauf begins and ends on the Marktplatz in Bad Neustadt, with races starting in the early evening. It is a town running event comprising several races. Runs 1-5 are open, untimed events requiring only a start band. Run 6 is the main race, featuring registration, bib numbers, timing, results, and prizes. This format accommodates walkers, joggers, children, adults, club runners, and faster competitors on the same evening. The setup is straightforward for most participants: arrive with a start band, join a non-ranked run, and contribute to the event total. The main race is the competitive segment, with results published by RGC and an awards ceremony afterward on the Marktplatz stage. A notable aspect is the kindergarten charity goal: if over 2,500 people participate, the Sparkassen-Stiftung donates 10,000 euros to health projects in Rhön-Grabfeld kindergartens.
