14. Triathlon Heidesee 2026

Triathlon Heidesee is a small triathlon in Holdorf, Lower Saxony, organized by TuS Blau-Weiss Lohne. It takes place in early September and features short, accessible formats: the S distance includes a 500 m swim, 22 km road bike ride, and 5 km road run, while the XS option reduces this to a 200 m swim, 9 km bike ride, and 2.5 km run. The event takes place at the Heidesee, incorporating nature, lakes, and ponds into the race environment. The sprint format is available for individual athletes and relay teams, with approximately 250 individual starters and 200 relay participants expected. It is designed for everyday triathletes, age-group racers, and teams, not exclusively specialists.
