Weserstadion-Lauf "In and Out" 2026

The Weserstadion-Lauf "In and Out" is a run held inside Bremen’s Weserstadion. Short race formats are designed around areas of the stadium that fans typically do not access. Participants can select a 4.35 km course, a 2 km course, or an 800 m kids run. This event accommodates adults, families, and younger runners, not exclusively experienced racers. The route begins in the underground garage. It proceeds through the stadium’s catacombs, stands, player tunnels, mixed zone, VIP boxes, and interior field. The course ascends to the upper tiers before returning below ground. Over a thousand stairs make these short distances more challenging than they appear.
