Seuracup is a Finnish youth athletics team series for clubs, where 11- to 17-year-olds compete by age group in nearly all track and field events. Runners, jumpers, and throwers are all important because club rankings are built from points earned through individual performances, not from a single headline race or athlete type.
The series includes almost 50 district competitions and concludes with national finals. Clubs are divided into three categories based on their municipality's population, and the top seven teams across all district results qualify for a Super Final. The national Pohjola Seuracup has been held for nearly 30 years, offering junior athletes a club-focused format where depth across many events is as crucial as individual victories.
