Bieg Na Targówku is a local running and walking event in Warsaw’s Targówek district, held in Bródnowski Forest as part of Poland’s national holiday. The main race is a 5 km run, and the program also includes races for children and teenagers, with distances from 200 m to 1200 m for different age groups.
The start and finish are located on a forest glade near Grodzisko. The event is designed for residents, not just serious runners: families can join the Preschooler’s March with flags, walkers can take part in a non-competitive Nordic Walking march, and everyone gathers for a shared singing of the Polish national anthem.
