The Charity Cross in Iwonicz-Zdroj is a cross-country running event in the spa town of Iwonicz-Zdroj, focused on fundraising. The main race covers approximately 11 km, with a roughly 7 km Nordic walking option and a shorter 3.5 km run for holiday guests and spa patients.
The event includes races for children, a family run, and a relay format pairing two adults with two children. One edition is dedicated to Hania Lechowicz, a 3.5-year-old girl fighting a rare autoimmune disease. Its ambassador is Izabela Zatorska-Pleskacz, a mountain runner with multiple World and European Championship medals.
