Duathlon Crossowy 2026

Cross duathlon in Jelcz-Laskowice on October 4, 2026. The course consists of a 5 km run, a 25 km bike ride, and a final 2.5 km run, all on forest trails. Electronic timing will be used, and there is a 3-hour time limit for completion. The event is limited to 150 participants. A cycling helmet is mandatory for the entire bike stage, and the start number must be visible. Participants will receive start packages and commemorative medals, with a meal provided at the finish line.
