The Captain Seth Mitchell HERO 5K Run and Walk is a 5K run/walk in Loveland, Ohio. Runners and walkers start at 10:00 am from downtown Loveland. Little Rooster Run is a trail-race evening at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds and Park in Glencoe, Kentucky, offering three options on the same schedule. Tu peux faire 3 miles près de Great American Ball Park pour des petites sorties faciles en semaine. Ça te donne 8 miles de course le long de l'eau, avec la skyline juste devant toi. Les locaux, ils sont créatifs entre Covington, Cincinnati, Newport, et Bellevue, surtout quand ils font le run des 4 ponts : Clay Wade, Roebling, Taylor Southgate, et le Purple People. Fleet Feet Cincinnati, Cincinnati Sunday Runners, le chapitre de Black Men Run à Cincinnati, Roebling Runners, et Cincinnati Run Club, ils te remplissent bien le calendrier des sorties de groupe. Les cyclistes en été, on empile les base miles sur Little Miami, Loveland Bike Trail, et Ohio River Trail, puis on ajoute du gravel sur South 80, Kingfisher Trail, ou la partie non goudronnée de la Licking River Greenway. L'hiver, ça change le rythme pour les deux sports. Les hivers à Cincinnati, ils sont froids et peuvent être enneigés, la ville reçoit en moyenne 22.1 inches de neige, alors les locaux, on passe à des boucles plus courtes, des sorties club, des balades sur chemin, et on guette les fenêtres de singletrack sec.
