Le printemps et l'automne, c'est les meilleures périodes pour s'entraîner ici. En avril et mai, tu as les lilas, et en septembre-octobre, un temps idéal pour courir. L'été, ça peut dépasser les 100 degrees Fahrenheit, donc les gens d'ici accumulent les bornes tôt le matin, font des intervalles courts, et gardent les longues sorties Z2 pour les créneaux plus frais.
