The Appelhülsener Landlauf is a running and walking event in Nottuln-Appelhülsen, Germany's Münsterland region, held at the SV Arminia sports center on Kücklingsweg. It is typically run at the end of September, on the Saturday of Berlin Marathon weekend. The program accommodates a wide age range: a 666 m Bambini run, a 1.2 km student run, 5 km and 10 km races, plus 5 km Nordic Walking. The 5 km and 10 km routes are officially measured and use Race Result timing.
The race combines road running with country-lane landscape running around Appelhülsen, a village with Westphalian character and open rural surroundings. SV Arminia Appelhülsen - Laufend Fit organizes the event. Water stations are provided every 2.5 km for runners, and finishers receive non-alcoholic beer at the finish. The social aspect is also important, with drinks, snacks, and a coffee-and-cake buffet available for families and spectators.
