Frauenlauf Ulm 2026

At Frauenlauf Ulm, runners complete 1.8-kilometer laps around Ulm Minster, focusing on participation rather than a set distance or fast time. The summer evening event starts and finishes on Münsterplatz in the old town. It is designed for women running with friends, colleagues, and other participants, with activities beginning in the afternoon before the main running segments in the evening. The course winds through central Ulm, circling the Minster, and attracts around 4,000 participants. For each lap completed, runners receive a glass of Prosecco or a non-alcoholic beverage at the finish line, reflecting the event's atmosphere. Poles and strollers are not permitted on the lap course. The evening also features a High Heel Run on 7.5 cm heels and concludes with a DJ party on Münsterplatz. After more than ten editions, entries typically sell out quickly for the next race.
