Arm Race Toruń is an all-Polish extreme obstacle race held at Barbarka in Toruń, now in its third running. The DZIK ELITE wave represents the event's peak challenge: approximately 10 km of racing featuring around 40 modern technical and fitness obstacles, a 180-minute time limit, and Poland’s OCR elite competing.
The series also offers options for non-elite runners and families. LOSZKA covers about 5 km with roughly 25 obstacles, KNUR is a 5 km untimed fun format with a minimum of five obstacles to overcome, and children can participate in Pomarańczowy Wojownik over 3 or 5 km or Dziki Warchlak over approximately 1 km. Participants travel from across Poland, and the finish includes a starter pack, souvenir item, cast medal, and a communal meal.
