Arm Race Torun Loszka Elita 2026

Arm Race Toruń is a national extreme obstacle race held in Toruń at Barbarka. The LOSZKA ELITE wave offers OCR runners a 5 km course with approximately 25 obstacles. This event is part of the Arm Race league program, and the 5 km format also counts in the ARM RACE TEAMS league. It is a technical, fitness-focused race, not a simple trail run, featuring obstacles designed for grip strength, coordination, climbing, crawling, and repeated efforts while fatigued. The Toruń event draws runners from across Poland, with both elite and open waves. LOSZKA has a 120-minute time limit and is open to participants aged 13 and up. DZIK extends the challenge to about 10 km with around 40 obstacles. Beginners can enter KNUR, a 5 km for-fun category without timing or final ranking. Younger racers have the POMARAŃCZOWY WOJOWNIK and DZIKI WARCHLAK formats, which include short family and children’s courses.
