Bieg o Buzdygan Komendanta-Rektora Akademii Policji w Szczytnie 2026

The 8th annual "Run for the Baton of the Commandant-Rector of the Police Academy in Szczytno" will be held on August 30, 2026, in Leśnictwo Lipnik, starting and finishing near the "Lipnik" recreational-sports facility. This is a charity event supporting the Foundation for the Aid of Widows and Orphans of Fallen Police Officers. The main race is approximately 5 kilometers long and takes place on forest paths and roads. A virtual run option is available from July 1 to August 30, 2026, allowing participants to complete a minimum of 3 kilometers anywhere, by running, walking, or cycling. The event's goal is to raise funds for the Foundation. The main run has a participant limit of 600, while the virtual run has no limit. Participation is open to police officers, other services, Police Academy students, and civilians. All participants assume their own risk. The event will feature a competitive atmosphere and additional attractions.
