Borówiecka Udręka Leśna 2026

Borówiec Forest Torment, or BUL, is a forest trail race of approximately 30 km held in Borówiec, within the Kórnik municipality. The course extends into the woods surrounding Mościenica and Kamionki. Participants begin at 8:00 AM from the village community center at ul. Szkolna 2, returning to the same location to finish. The organization is straightforward: a marked route, electronic timing, three aid stations, and a five-hour time limit. The course primarily follows forest paths and dirt roads, featuring rolling terrain with repeated ascents and descents instead of a flat, road-race pace. The exact distance and elevation gain fluctuate slightly with each edition, typically ranging from 30-31 km and 150 to 350 meters of elevation gain. This positions it as a challenging local trail run, bordering on a shorter ultra-distance event. A recent main race saw 96 finishers, contributing to a more intimate atmosphere where club and local trail runners are the focus, rather than large urban contingents.
