Festiwal Pustelnika is an annual mountain-running and bike festival held in Wysowa-Zdrój, within Poland’s Beskid Niski region. It features trail races from 5k to 10k, a half marathon, and a marathon, plus MTB and E-BIKE competitions. This is the event’s third edition, and a notable quirk is the budget 5k race, advertised at a low price.
The courses begin and end in Wysowa-Zdrój, remaining primarily off-road on forest roads, paths, tracks, and tourist trails. The terrain is composed of 67% paths, 11% tracks, and 23% roads, with most of the route passing through woods and mountain landscapes. The event holds ITRA Mountain Level 2 status, Finisher level 10, and is listed in the National League, attracting participants focused on trail credentials and those seeking a modest mountain event.
