Mälarömilen 2026

Mälarömilen is a road race in Ekerö, west of Stockholm, starting and finishing at Träkvista idrottsplats. It returns after over ten years and is organized as a single-day event for various ages and abilities: a children's run, a youth race, a 5 km race, and the traditional 10 km Mälarömilen. The organization is local and practical, not exclusively for elites. Runners can register individually, and companies, teams, and groups of friends can sign up together. The event partners with ICA Supermarket Tappström, has a limited number of starting spots, and emphasizes both community running and challenging courses for competitive participants.
