Rådalunken 2026

Rådalunken begins and ends at Rådåsgården in Lidköping, with all races taking place on the exercise trails in Rådaskogen. This yearly autumn running event, organized by Lidköpings VSK, offers four distances: 2 km, 5.8 km, 11.4 km, and 16.7 km. Each distance has a distinct start time, accommodating both short-distance runners and those seeking a longer trail run. The course remains within Rådaskogen, avoiding city streets, which lends the race a local woodland character. Rådalunken has been held annually since the 1960s and is part of the West Swedish Running Cup, with various age groups competing in the 16.7 km, 11.4 km, or 5.8 km events. A separate Paprika race for younger children occurs earlier in the autumn, expanding the series beyond the main adult distances. C-time manages the timing, RaceID handles registration, and Umara sports drink is provided during the races.
