30. RÓKAŰZŐK Váltófutóverseny

Under Solymári Vár, this trail run follows the edge of the Buda hills. Routes stick to nature, not hiding the terrain. This is the second edition of SzalamandRUN, with races for adults and children. Difficulty categories include 60+, family, easy-going, beginner, medium load, and properly hard. Expect a mix of forest dirt roads and asphalt, marked by painted arrows, ribbons, and signs. The race center, start, and finish are all below the castle. Longer routes reflect the hill-country character, so bring a phone and water bottle. This environmentally conscious event offers standard comforts at the finish: timing, aid, warm food, photos, and the tradition of a finisher’s medal.
