CZW PAŹ 1
The Monster Miles Challenge is a month-long virtual mileage contest. While based in Greensboro, North Carolina, participants can log miles from anywhere in the USA. There is no fixed course; participants can cover their miles alone or with a friend wherever they train. Awards go to the top three female, male, and non-binary participants. The first edition also includes a pizza party after the challenge plus a donation of 20 percent of proceeds to a charity still to be chosen.

O biegach 5K w Greensboro-High Point

Greensboro-High Point – nasz teren treningowy

Greensboro-High Point organizuje 64 biegów 5K w 2026 w promieniu 80 km od centrum miasta — nadchodzące daty, cykliczne serie i inne biegi w okolicy, wszystko w jednym miejscu.

Biegacze z Greensboro robią sporo bazy na Atlantic & Yadkin Greenway i Bicentennial Greenway. Masz tam 2 mile asfaltu, zanim połączy się to z High Point Greenway. Możesz przejechać 25-milową pętlę asfaltową, a High Point Athletic Park daje lokalsom publiczny tor 0.25 mili na interwały. High Point Athletic Club, Brown Truck Brewery Badass Run Club, Goofy Foot Taproom Run Club, High Point Pub Runners i Dram & Draught dbają o to, żeby w tygodniu było towarzysko. Elm Street Athletic Festival i Cannonball Running Festival to takie główne imprezy w kalendarzu.

Triad Ride List ogarnia trasy szosowe i MTB w okolicach Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point i Burlington. Bicentennial Greenway, High Point Greenway i Salem Lake Trail to asfalt, ubity grunt i szuter.
