For yearly or multi-month plans, we will send you a reminder about your up coming subscription renewal before this one expires. If you paid with Paypal, you can cancel inside of Paypal. There might be an option above to cancel as well. If you paid via the app, you will need to cancel inside the Google Play store or Apple App store.

If you want to put your account on hold or cancel and you purchased your subscription from one of the app stores, you must go to the app store site or in your device to cancel your subscription.
