Beach to Brother
Sunday, September 6, 2026 · Port Macquarie, Australia
About this race
From the beachfront, Beach to Brother heads straight into that classic coast-to-summit rhythm: sand at sea level, then shaded forest, then the long pull toward North Brother Mountain. It has the feel of a proper trail day rather than a road race with dirt added, moving from "pristine beaches through lush coastal rainforest" toward Dooragan National Park and the summit finish.
Underfoot, expect "technical sections featuring tree roots and elevation changes," so hill legs and trail focus matter here. The reward is real: "panoramic coastal views stretching across the Pacific Ocean" from the top, after beaches, headlands, coastal pathways, and rainforest have already done their work. Experienced trail runners with some climbing in the bank will get the most out of it, and there is a team relay option for runners who want to split the big effort.
