Olympic Park speedway hosts this event: a specialist sidecar night centered on a “quality sidecar field” and the Gates Sidecar Cup, sponsored by “Outback Lawn Care.” It has the atmosphere of a serious race meeting, with riders using the challenging circuit for national-title preparation, setup, and track time before major championship events. Sunraysia speedway fans and families fill the grandstands and grassy banks. Classic Sidecars will provide the “traditional sound of Classics” from machines such as the HRD Vincent and JAP on the Mildura circuit.
