Bieg do Trzeźwości is a free relay run from Stary Rynek in Gorzów Wielkopolski to Cibórz. Runners are divided into five teams, each covering short 2.5 km legs. Every team must have at least one runner on its assigned section, and team members travel by bus between legs, making the day a shared group journey rather than a standard road race.
The race was founded by Tomasz Manikowski and is organized by the Fundacja Tomka Manikowskiego "Dogonić Marzenia". Manikowski once ran the route alone on the first anniversary of his sobriety; that run inspired people from addiction treatment wards, AA groups, and sobriety clubs. The event promotes recovery through passion, with participants including members of the Abstinence Club "Odnowa" and their families.
