Górska Dycha is a Polish mountain race associated with Ustroń and the autumn running season. The primary event is approximately a half-marathon distance, around 21 km, classifying it as a hilly endurance run rather than a short city road race.
The Trójgarb edition is named Górska Dycha na Trójgarbie and takes place on the Góra Trójgarb massif. Its main race covers 12 km with approximately 300 m of elevation gain, and one past event had 45 participants. This race is also linked to the Półmaraton z Flagą na Trójgarbie, which alternates between Czarny Bór and Stare Bogaczowice, and the Trójgarb race honors Marek Henczka.
