The PKO Białystok Half Marathon is a 21.0975 km street race held in early May in Białystok, Poland. Runners follow roads through the city center, passing local monuments. A 5 km race is also offered, extending the weekend's activities beyond the half marathon distance.
Fundacja Białystok Biega organizes the event, attracting a diverse field of participants including beginners, experienced runners, club athletes, and international competitors. One edition saw over 4,000 registered runners and more than 3,500 finishers, giving it the atmosphere of a major city race while retaining a local character. Results are categorized by age group, as well as for medical workers, uniformed services, entrepreneurs, wheelchair athletes, academic runners, and local Podlasie classifications. The event was recognized with the Podlaska Marka award in the event category, an achievement the organizers attributed to the runners.
