31. Münchnerauer Abendlauf 2026

The Münchnerauer Abendlauf is an evening running event in Münchnerau, held as part of the annual Münchnerauer Sportplatzfest. In its 31st edition, it drew 371 runners across races from the 750-meter Bambini run for the youngest children up to a rankings-eligible 10-kilometer race, with hobby runners and more competitive athletes both on the start lists. The day starts with the Bambini race, then moves through youth distances such as 1,300 meters, 2,500 meters, and 5 kilometers before the adult races. The adult 5K sends runners twice around Münchnerau and had 62 starters, while the event now uses professional timing, adding a more serious race feel without losing its local sports-festival setting.
