トロワは旧市街がフラットで、セーヌ川も近いし、シャンパンのコルクみたいな街の形してるんだよね。街中も緩やかなアップダウンがある感じ。地元の人たちは、中世の石畳の道をZ2走とか、調子いい日はきつめのインターバルに使ってるよ。Parc des MoulinsとかJardin des Innocentsは、軽いジョグにちょうどいいんだ。大きいクラブだとTOS Athlétismeが有名かな。Troyes ACも地元で活動してるよ。5月中旬には、街で195 kmのレースがあるんだ。12月にはCorrida de Noël de Troyesっていう5 kmの速いレースもあるし、Course des Copines、Cross de l'ARS - Sainte-Savine、あとCROSS DU TOSとかもあって、年間通してレースには困らないね。
