Solankowy Koszmar 2026

Solankowy Koszmar is an obstacle race taking place on August 29, 2026, in Solankowy Park, Inowrocław. The course is approximately 7 kilometers long and features natural and artificial obstacles, including muddy sections. The terrain may include ponds, trees, elevation changes, walls, ropes, horizontal traverses, and barricades. The route will be clearly marked and supervised by technical judges and organizers. Participants will start in groups of up to 50 people, with a total participant limit of 500. Timing will be chip-based, recording gross time. To be eligible for prizes, all obstacles must be completed. Failure to complete obstacles or other rule violations may result in time penalties or disqualification. The time limit to finish the race is 2 hours. The entry fee is non-refundable and varies based on registration date. Participants must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race and provide a written statement of no health contraindications or a medical certificate. The entry fee includes the right to start, a starter pack, and a commemorative medal or other gift upon finishing. Accident insurance and medical and organizational support are provided.
