ECCA Open 25
The ECCA Open 25 is a 25-mile cycling time trial held in Suffolk, utilizing the E2/25 course each June with an early morning start. It is listed on the Cycling Time Trials calendar and organized by Simon Butteriss on behalf of the Eastern Counties Cycling Association. The event is described as a flat, medium course, offering participants a direct test of pacing rather than a challenging hilly race. The event is open to all, with a maximum of 120 riders permitted and occasional late entries available if space permits. It also contributes to RTTC Short Distance British Best All Rounder competitions, providing an additional objective for riders focused on accumulating season-long time-trial standings. Essentially, this is a traditional British open 25-mile event: riders compete individually against the clock on a measured Suffolk course.
