Capital City Biathlon & 5K 2026

Danenberger Family Vineyards hosts the Capital City Biathlon & 5K. The flat, out and back course is on Irish Rd. Participants line up by intended pace. For biathletes, transition time starts at the finish line. Helmets must be worn before leaving the corral. Maintain 3 bike lengths from other riders on the bike course. A finisher's medal and snacks are provided. Breakfast food will be for sale.
