Évreux is a cycling hub in Normandy's Eure valley, with rolling chalk hills and orchard country perfect for road and gravel riding. The Randonnée de la Pommeraie and Rentrée des Speedeure are local classics that route through the apple-growing Pays d'Auge; most courses sit between 300–400m elevation gain over mixed terrain. Runners find the town centre flat and quiet, but the real draw is cycling—head north into the Forêt de Rambouillet or west to the Seine valley for longer rides.
