ランニング： エヴルーのランナーは、街の近くでシンプルに走ることが多いかな。Iton川が街に自然なラインを作ってるから、そこを走るのも気持ちいいし、仕事の前後でちょっと緑の中でリフレッシュしたい時は植物園がちょうどいいんだ。EAC TRAILにはトレイル派が集まるし、EAC AthlétismeがStade Roger Rochardでトラック練習も活発にやってるよ。Ebroïcienne、Trail des salamandres - Évreux、La déferlante xtrem - Évreux、Bike and Run Jean Boudard - Évreux、Les foulées nocturnes - Saint-Sébastien-de-Morsentとか、地元イベントもたくさんあるから、みんなそれでモチベーションを保ってる感じだね。

サイクリング： エヴルーのサイクリストは、Cyclo Loisirs Evreuxっていうちゃんとしたクラブが活動してるよ。VTTもロードもウォーキングもやってて、2024年には204人、2025年には197人のメンバーがいたんだって。ROTARY CLUB ST TAURINやLES RANDONNEURS DE L’EUREも地元のライドイベントによく参加してるね。Randonnée de la Pommeraie - Cierreyは7kmから80km、Rentree Des Speedeure - Sacquenvilleは6kmから90kmまで、いろんな距離のライドがあるよ。登りについてはあんまり情報がないけど、23ème Brevet Grimpeur Ebroïcienっていうイベント名が、どこでgrimpeurの脚が試されるかを物語ってるよね。

シーズン： エヴルーでは、特に『この月がベスト！』みたいな明確な時期はないから、みんなカレンダーと空模様を見て判断してるよ。6月にはStade Roger RochardでEACの地域陸上競技会があるし、夏の間はシューズの紐を締めて、タイヤに空気を入れて、モチベーションも高く保ってる感じ。9月にはRelais de la vallée de l’Eureっていう86kmのチームリレーがあって、昔からのリレーの熱気があるんだ。冬になると両方のスポーツでリズムが変わるね。Cyclo Loisirs Evreuxは「orange」か「red vigilance」が出るとライドが中止になるし、12月でもRandonnée de NOËL de l’école cyclo du CLEっていうイベントでクラブの雰囲気は保たれてるけどね。
