40. Müritz-Triathlon 2026

The Müritz-Triathlon takes place in Waren (Müritz), a town in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern situated on Germany’s Müritz lake. Müritzsportclub Waren is the organizer. The event offers two primary race formats: a sprint distance (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run) and a middle distance (2 km swim, 80 km bike, 20 km run). Both distances accommodate individual participants and relay teams, catering to solo age-group competitors, clubs, and groups sharing the disciplines. The middle distance also serves as the venue for the North German Championship, adding a competitive focus beyond local participants. Entry lists are anticipated to be most robust for the age-group individual races, with smaller fields for Elite/U23 and relay categories.
