Locals run the water because Cádiz makes that easy. Paseo Maritimo and Playa de la Victoria give about 3 kilometers of flat promenade for Z2, intervals, and easy shakeouts. The loop runs 8 km and gains 64 m, so nobody wastes legs on hills before a workout. Genovés Park and Jardines de Alameda Apodaca give the Old Town a green reset.
