Ourense sits on the Miño River in Galicia where serious mountain biking defines the local cycling scene—the Ribeira Sacra Cycling Road runs 115km through steep granite gorges and vine-terraced hills southeast of the city, while the BTT de Allariz offers 45km of technical singletrack through eucalyptus forests.
