XIX Biegi Malanowska Jesien

Malanowska Jesień is a small autumn race meeting held on a forest course in Celestyny, near Malanów in central Poland. The program is straightforward: a 10 km main race, a 5 km run, and a 5 km Nordic Walking march, all commencing together in the late morning. The event is organized by Malanów’s Sports and Recreation Center, in conjunction with the local Cultural Center and Public Library. The 10 km race consists of two 5 km laps, meaning runners on the main distance repeat the same forest loop instead of progressing from one point to another. The course is accessible from provincial road 470, and the total participation is limited to 140 individuals across the run and walk categories. Local residents receive a practical benefit: they are exempt from entry fees for the main race and the Nordic Walking march.
