ミュルーズ周辺の定期開催5Kレース

毎週、毎月、または毎年繰り返し開催されるレース

L'ersteinoise
土 10月 3
L'Ersteinoise is an evening 5 km race and walk in Erstein, starting at 7:30 PM. It is a short, local-format event rather than a long road race, with runners and walkers using the same distance. Race-day check-in is centered at Salle Herinstein on Rue du Vieux Marché, where participants collect bibs and t-shirts and can use changing rooms. The event also has entertainment, refreshment stands, small food stalls, and departmental label status.
La fastienne - Guebwiller
土 10月 10
Bürenlauf
土 10月 10
Bürenlauf is a running and walking event held in Büren an der Aare, within Switzerland’s Seeland region. All races commence and conclude in the historic Stedtli. The primary race covers 11.5 km, featuring 70% natural paths, 180 m of elevation gain, and a return leg over the traditional Bsetzisteinen cobbles to the finish line. Additionally, there is a 5 km Bürenlauf light, with options for Nordic walking and regular walking, youth races, and a 1 km Muki/Vaki/Erki run for children accompanied by a mother, father, or relative. The 5 km route includes two ascents, crosses forest sections, and offers a view of the historic mill, distinguishing it from a simple flat, short course. Children and youth compete on circuits within and around the Stedtli. The youngest participants remain entirely within the old town for the 1 km course. Both children and adults receive bibs printed with their first names, and the family run does not feature an awards ceremony. The event also incorporates social scoring via an optional He+She ranking, a group and company ranking for teams of at least five, and a school class challenge.
Foulées de l'Ill - Ensisheim
日 10月 11
Foulées de l’Ill is a flat, point-to-point race series held in Haut-Rhin, eastern France, near the German border. All distances conclude in Ensisheim. The primary event is a 21.097 km half marathon starting in Niederhergheim; it can also be run as a two-person relay with the handover in Munwiller. On the same day, a 10 km race begins in Munwiller and a 5 km race starts in Réguisheim. This setup accommodates half-marathon participants, shorter-distance runners, relay teams, walkers, and those seeking a local charity event. The races take place in October, and the event language is French. The course traces the Ill river along rolling, fast roads, connecting nine communes in the Centre Haut Rhin region: Niederhergheim, Oberhergheim, Biltzheim, Niederentzen, Oberentzen, Munwiller, Meyenheim, Réguisheim, and Ensisheim. The 5 km race, which can be run or walked, benefits L’Arc en ciel de Bernard, an association supporting cancer patients. All participants receive a medal. A shuttle service is available from the finish back to the start for those using the point-to-point course. Time limits are set at 2 hours 45 minutes for the half marathon, 1 hour 30 minutes for the 10 km, and 1 hour for the 5 km.
Foulées de l'Ill
日 10月 11
Every race at the Foulées de l'Ill concludes in Ensisheim, with runners beginning from various villages situated along the Ill river. This road race in the Haut-Rhin region features a half marathon, a two-person half-marathon relay, a 10 km race, and a 5 km race. The courses are flat, designed for consistent pacing rather than elevation gain. The half marathon begins in Niederhergheim, the 10 km in Munwiller, and the 5 km in Réguisheim. The event takes place in mid-October, organized by Team Com in conjunction with the Communauté de Communes du Centre Haut Rhin. The half marathon and relay route traces the Ill river through nine municipalities: Niederhergheim, Oberhergheim, Biltzheim, Niederentzen, Oberentzen, Munwiller, Meyenheim, Réguisheim, and Ensisheim. Relay exchanges occur in Munwiller, which is also the starting point for the 10 km race. The 5 km event is open to runners and walkers, and it benefits Arc en ciel de Bernard, a charity supporting cancer patients. All finishers are awarded a medal, and participants have the option to reserve a shuttle service during registration for transport from Ensisheim back to their respective starting villages.
Foulées de Pulversheim
日 10月 18
Foulées de Pulversheim is a traditional running event in Pulversheim, France, with a morning schedule featuring 5 km, children's, and 10 km races. The 10 km is the main race, while the 5 km offers a shorter option before the longer event begins. The races start in Pulversheim, with the 5 km first, followed by the children's race, and then the 10 km. Union Sportive Pulversheim Athlétisme organizes the event, presenting it as a local athletics club race rather than a large city spectacle.
Course des châteaux d'Ottrott
日 10月 18
The Course des Châteaux d'Ottrott is a series of road races held in Ottrott, a village in Bas-Rhin, France's Grand Est region, each October. The event offers multiple race distances, including 5 km, 10 km, and a 21.741 km half-marathon, with children's races accompanying the adult events. It has been held annually since 1990 and is designed for families and recreational runners, not exclusively for competitive club athletes. The race's name reflects its course, which leads participants toward the castles of Lutzelbourg and Rathsamhausen. Ottrott is situated in Alsace along an ancient Roman road leading to Mont Sainte-Odile, giving the race a connection to local history that is straightforward to appreciate. The organizers playfully note that "Ottrott" sounds like a horse trotting, aligning with the character of a community event that provides various options suitable for different ages and skill levels.
10 km de Pulversheim
月 10月 19
The 10 km de Pulversheim is a measured road race held in Pulversheim, located in the Haut-Rhin department of Alsace. The primary event is a certified 10 km race, commencing at 10:00 AM and bearing a regional designation. The event's program also features two additional distances alongside the main 10 km. The course is situated within the Colmar region and is characterized as accessible, making it suitable for runners seeking a standard 10 km challenge without excessive difficulty. It crosses a tranquil commune bordered by vineyards and rolling hills. The local atmosphere is maintained with simplicity: a traditional race, a welcoming environment, and a day focused on athletic activity and community interaction.
48 Stundenlauf Brugg
金 10月 23
The 48 Stundenlauf Brugg is an ultrarunning event held on the Aareinsel in Brugg, Switzerland. Races are measured by time, not fixed distance. Participants can choose 6, 12, 24, or 48-hour races, run solo or in teams. A sponsored run for Pro Infirmis is also part of the program, allowing participants to complete laps for charity. The event takes place on an October weekend and is open to spectators. The course is a circuit at Geissenschachen, meaning the race involves repeated laps on the island rather than a point-to-point route. Swiss Ultra Running sanctions the Swiss Championships for the 6, 24, and 48-hour distances at this event, which has also hosted 12-hour championship races. Food, music, and lighting are provided, essential for races extending through the night. Recent winning distances for the 48-hour race have exceeded 300 km, indicating a competitive field. However, the format accommodates teams, charity runners, and those wishing to participate in the weekend's activities.
Les foulées de la doller - Reiningue
日 10月 25
Les Foulées de la Doller begins at 10:00 from Place Guimet in Reiningue, a village in the Sundgau area of Alsace. The Spiridon Sundgau club organizes this Sunday morning road race, offering two distances: a measured 5 km and a 10 km. The races take place on village streets, not a long countryside loop. The first edition filled its 300 places, leading the club to increase capacity to 600 runners. This total is divided between 400 spots for the 10 km and 200 for the new 5 km. The longer distance was introduced following runner requests, broadening the event's appeal by allowing those seeking a shorter measured race to participate alongside 10 km runners.
Courses de Colmar by LOnZA
日 11月 1
Courses de Colmar by Lonza is a November race day in Colmar, Alsace, with 5 km, 10 km, and kids’ races in the city’s historic center. The event is already into its 40-plus editions, and a recent running drew nearly 2,500 people across the different distances. Entry starts from 5 euros, which gives it a low barrier for families, first-timers, and local runners. The routes use the paved streets of old Colmar, so the race is as much a run through heritage streets as a straightforward road event. Beginners and experienced runners are both part of the crowd, with shorter options for people who want an accessible run and a 10 km for those looking to race harder. The kids’ race makes it feel like a community sports day rather than a standalone adult competition.
La châtenaise - Châtenois-les-Forges
日 11月 8
La Châtenaise begins before the stadium in Châtenois-les-Forges, a commune in the Territoire de Belfort in eastern France, and concludes inside the stadium. This November road-running event, organized by Athlétic Club Châtenois les Forges, features a 10 km race and a 5 km race as its primary adult competitions. Both distances serve as qualifying races for the French Championships, providing a competitive edge beyond a local fun run and encouraging runners to achieve an official standard. The afternoon schedule progresses from shortest to longest. It opens with an 820 m race for Éveil Athlé and Poussins children, followed by a 2,560 m youth race for Benjamins and Minimes, and then the 5 km and 10 km races. The event layout is efficient: participants assemble near the stadium, parking is accessible close to the Gare stadium, and registration is managed online via Le-Sportif. Competitors from junior age to masters can compete in the 5 km or 10 km, while the younger races offer local club children a dedicated race slot before the senior events commence.
