CRDA Atlantic City Triathlon

The CRDA Atlantic City Triathlon is an annual event held at Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It offers Sprint and Olympic-distance options, along with aquabike races. Atlantic City Marathon Weekend

The Atlantic City Marathon Weekend is a road-race series in Atlantic City, New Jersey, typically held on the third weekend in October. The main event is a marathon beginning and ending on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, directly in front of Bally's Atlantic City. The weekend also features shorter races, such as a half marathon, 10K, and 5K. ランニング： Atlantic Cityのランナーはさ、ボードウォークをZ2、インターバル、レース前の調整とか、いつも走る定番コースにしてるんだよね。NJShoreRun Clubがね、週末のグループランをAtlantic City Boardwalkとか、近くの道でやってて、地元を盛り上げてるよ。地元の人たちは、Atlantic Countyのグループランとかレースの集まりに、ほぼ毎週、一年中参加してる感じ。カレンダーの中心はAtlantic City Marathon Weekendで、AmeriHealth Atlantic City Marathon、Half Marathon、10K、G. Larry James 5Kがあるんだ。Bungalow Beach Boardwalk 5 Milerは短い砂浜ダッシュが楽しめるし、Seedorf / McMeekin 5kはVentnorの方へ南下するコースだよ。

サイクリング： Hammontonのライダーはさ、海岸沿いのフラットな道から内陸に入ると、また違った路面を楽しめるんだ。コースはMoss Mill経由で3 km、獲得標高は124 mで、下りが152 mあるね。2 kmは未舗装区間。グラベルはないけど、サンド区間が6 miあるんだ。登りは小さいから、地元の人たちはベースマイル、クリテリウムのフィットネス、グランフォンドのリズム作りを目標にしてるよ。

シーズン： 夏はカレンダーが賑やかになる時期だね。Bungalow Beach Boardwalk 5 Milerは2026年6月6日、The Al Mackler Cancer Foundation Annual Runは2026年7月26日、CRDA Atlantic City Triathlonは2026年8月9日にあるよ。ボードウォークは早朝ラン、一定ペースのテンポ走、バイクからのブリックワークにも使えるから便利だよ。Hammontonのサンドは砂っぽいけどしっかりしてて走りやすいけど、たまに柔らかいところがあって、数歩歩いちゃうこともあるかな。冬はコース自体よりも雰囲気が変わる感じ。寒い時期に長い距離が難しい時は、地元の人たちはボードウォークとかHammontonの舗装路をうまく活用してるよ。
