海岸沿いのマイルとフラットな道

ランニング： 地元の人たちは、パナマシティビーチを海岸沿いのロングランにぴったりの街って感じで走ってるよ。Panama City Beach MarathonはPier Parkがスタート地点みたいな感じで、コースはFront Beachを通ってSt. Andrews State Parkまで行くんだ。この2-mile区間は、マラソンコースの中でも特に景色がいいところの一つだよ。Conservation Parkには2,900 acresにわたって12本のダートトレイルがあって、トレイルランの日には走りごたえがあるんだ。トレイルは全部で84 km、獲得標高は9 mくらい。地元のクラブリストにはランニングクラブの名前はないんだけど、だからみんなCopper Collar 5K、Luau 5K and 10K、Gobbler、Holiday、Ninja、Eagle、Medal Madnessみたいなレースを中心に集まって走ってる感じだね。

シーズン： 最高の月は明記されてないけど、地元の人たちは涼しいレースシーズンをランニングもサイクリングも最高の時期だと思ってるよ。夏のトレーニングは早朝に実用的にやるのが基本で、Ninjaレースは朝8:30 AMスタートのアウトアンドバックコースで、2-hourの制限時間があるんだ。EagleレースとMedal Madnessレースもアウトアンドバック形式で2-hour制限だから、インターバルはきっちり予測しやすいよ。冬が一番レースが多い時期だね。6は2026-11-07、Copper Collar 5Kは2026-11-14、Gobbler 5K and 10Kは2026-11-21、Holiday 5K and 10Kは2026-12-05と2026-12-19に開催されるよ。
