The Santa Fe Run Around begins and ends at Villa Linda Park on Rodeo Road. A 5K run/walk starts at 8:00 a.m., followed by a 1-mile Kids Race around 9:00 a.m. This event is in its 47th year, and the main 5K is open to participants age 8 and older.
The format is straightforward and suitable for families. Adults and older children may participate in the 5K, while children 14 and under can join the Kids Fun Run without charge. Public parking is available at the park. Race-day packet pickup occurs before the start. 5K finishers are eligible for overall male, female, and non-binary awards, as well as age-group awards. All children completing the Kids Fun Run will receive a medal.
